Overview

Kate Merolo has been representing community associations and condominiums throughout Arizona for nearly her entire legal career. Kate’s practice serves the firm’s association, non-profit corporation, and business clients. Her practice areas include all aspects of community association and condominium law and also encompass intellectual property, trademark protection, employment law, and insurance defense.

Kate graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009 and summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 2005. While at Loyola University New Orleans, she was a member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal and the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity.

Kate’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. She is also an amateur yogi and an avid consumer of audio books.
