Joining our firm in 2007, Chad rapidly ascended to partnership in 2014 and further secured his position as an equity shareholder in 2016. His extensive experience encompasses various facets of corporate law, including corporate organization, reorganization, and governance, as well as private equity and debt financing. He is adept at handling matters related to shareholder and owner relations, buyouts, and dispute resolution, in addition to contract negotiation, supplier and manufacturing agreements, and securities regulation.
