Congratulations Mark Sahl
CHDB Law is proud to announce that Shareholder Mark Sahl, Esq. has been admitted to the Community Association Institute’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). This is a prestigious group of fewer than 200 attorneys nationally. Mark earned his admittance through his tireless contributions to the community association industry, advocacy, and education of community managers, board members, and fellow attorneys in the area of community association law.
Mark Sahl is known as leader in the community association industry because of his ability to educate and inform others about the legal intricacies involved in operating community associations. Furthermore, Mark’s legal career displays a strong record of accomplishment in the courtroom. He has successfully litigated various civil matters in different court settings, such as the Court of Appeals, Superior Court, Justice Court, and the Office of Administrative Hearings. While Mark is known for his prowess in trial situations and his tenacity as a litigator, Mark also values finding innovative ways to resolve complex matters outside the courtroom. His philosophy revolves around the idea that finding creative and unique resolutions to complex legal matters is always in the best interest of the entire community.
In addition to his achievements as a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers, Mark holds the distinction of being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). This background provides him with unique insights into complex tax and finance legal issues faced by his association clients.
