Jason Miller

Jason N. Miller, a Shareholder at CHDB Law since 2006, leads the Prescott office as managing attorney. His practice spans Northern Arizona, concentrating on general business and transactional matters for community associations, nonprofits, businesses, and religious organizations. With degrees from Washburn University School of Law and licenses in both Arizona and Kansas, Jason excels in community association law, aiding amendments, legal opinions, and contract revisions. He also offers comprehensive business advice, from formation to dissolution, while actively participating in the Prescott community through events and seminars. Outside work, he enjoys family time and golf, passionately supporting the Arizona Cardinals.

James Hazlewood

James Hazlewood is a shareholder in the Phoenix office of CHDB Law, having joined the firm in 1998. Since 1989, he has been representing community associations. He now focuses on community association general counsel matters – from simple to complex, other general business matters, and assessment recovery.
