Lydia Peirce Linsmeier, a Partner at the Tempe office, commenced her legal journey as a sole practitioner in animal and equine law, later developing a distinctive practice within community associations that recognizes animals' roles. Within the insurance defense group, Lydia adeptly handles claims in state and federal court, emphasizing general counsel expertise in Arizona community association law. Passionate about fair housing and disability access, she educates associations on these topics, while actively contributing to the State Bar of Arizona Animal Law Section and teaching and writing on animal law issues.
Allison Preston transitioned from real estate and property management to a legal career. Her prior work managing residential rental properties, homeowner associations, and real estate portfolios provides her a unique understanding of both legal intricacies and day-to-day management. With expertise in homeowners' associations, real estate, landlord/tenant, civil litigation, and general business law, Allison effectively bridges legal matters and practical management.
