Over 1,200 lawsuits have been filed in Maricopa County against businesses, apartments, condominiums, shopping centers and other landowners since February 12, 2016. Each lawsuit alleges a violation of a legal principle requiring accessibility for people with disabilities. Are you a target? Are you in compliance? Anyone who owns, manages or maintains real property should attend and learn how to ensure compliance before becoming a target.
