Joshua Bolen

Joshua M. Bolen is a seasoned practitioner in Community Association Law and Business/Employment Law, overseeing comprehensive litigation at CHDB Law. With a track record of successful trials in Arizona at both state and federal levels, including Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Ninth Circuit, Josh’s commitment to legal education and service is notable. He is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He has held significant roles within the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and currently co-chairs the CAI Legislative Action Committee for community association legislation lobbying in Arizona. Josh is an educator, teaching Community Association Law at the National CAI Law Conference and locally on various legal topics, contributing to the legal community through his engagement with the Firm, CAC-CAI, and AACM. Josh is also a national member of the College of Community Association Lawyers with CAI.

Chad Miesen

Chad Miesen offers comprehensive guidance to diverse business entities and entrepreneurs, spanning for-profits, non-profits, and community associations, throughout their lifecycle, from establishment to dissolution. Since joining in 2007, Chad has risen to partner and equity shareholder, wielding extensive expertise in corporate organization, financing, governance, contract negotiation, litigation, and bankruptcy. His specialization includes advising condominium and planned community associations, as well as developers, investors, lenders, purchasers, and sellers of commercial property, driving cost savings and rejuvenating thriving communities.
