Inactive Bills
The Legislature has not taken action on these bills for over a month or the bills have been held in committee and are not appearing on any committee agendas. Note that there is the possibility that any “inactive” bill could reappear in a special committee meeting or striker amendment.

When does Arizona’s legislative session run?
Arizona’s legislative session begins on the second Monday in January each year and is scheduled to last 100 days, though it is typically extended beyond that period.
Are these bills already law?
No. The bills listed are proposals only and are not yet changes to the law. They remain subject to change as the legislative session progresses and do not modify either the Planned Community Statutes or Condominium Act unless indicated in the summaries.
How will I know if a bill becomes law?
